Community Management Inc (CMI) is FLRC’s property management company. CMI’s website www.communitymgt.com includes a link to CMI’s web portal where members can view account details and also pay assessments through Clickpay.

- Fishhawk Lake website login (to access member-only content)
- CMI web portal login (to view member account details)
- Clickpay login (to pay assessments)
- Questions about assessments and/or account balances
- Mailbox key replacement
- Community center (YCC) reservations
For 24/7 emergency maintenance requests related to common property such as water, sewer, or roads, call CMI at 503-233-0300.
