The social committee is designed to promote communication, positive interaction, education, socialization, volunteerism, welcoming new members, involvement and friendship within our Fishhawk Lake Community for all ages. We oversee community center and lake events, activities, workshops, teen and kid events, communication of those and welcome all volunteers and attendees supporting a healthy and positive social life here at FHL.
We have a variety of activities for all ages, (kids, teens and adults) year round. Some of those include or have included…..: Bunco, game nights, Halloween parties and costume parade, Trunk or Treat, New Year’s Eve weenie roast and toast, Fireworks BBQ, pontoon boat social, photography workshops, chili cook off, pizza game night, annual golf tournament, casino night, poker games, domino night, monthly social events, holiday events like our Holiday Hop, potlucks, corn hole tournaments, Family Fun Day, treasure hunt, photo scavenger hunt, fundraising, to name a few….
We have several clubs for the kids —the Double Digit Club for members 10 and over as well as our Kiddie Klub for 9 and under. Most social events have no age limit so the entire family is invited to join in.
