- MAIN ARTERIAL CONNECTIONS -

Fishhawk Lake Recreation Club is the sole owner of the water and wastewater facilities, piping systems, and structural appurtenances. No direct connections to any of FLRC’s main piping systems are allowed. Contact Lake Management.

- DOMESTIC CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING SERVICE LINES -

Every lot has been designated a water service and a sewer service. Location information is available thru the lake manager. Discuss all connection needs with Buildings and Grounds and/or Lake Manager prior to doing any work.

Water services are being upgraded as a continuing maintenance program. You may be required to update your connection fittings to new standards. All work performed must meet or exceed current County code requirements. Please give a minimum 72-hour advance notice to lake personnel for scheduling inspection’s.

Complete this form and return to the FLRC office along with payment for hook-up fees of $1000.00 for water and $1000.00 for sewer. One check may be used for payment of both fees. Hooking up to the water or sewer lines without approval of the Lake Manager and/or Buildings and Grounds will result in a $500.00 fine. Existing recorded owners of property, as of May 13, 2006, are exempt from water and sewer hook-up fees.
