VALENTINE'S DINNER (Adults Only)

Clubhouse: 6pm hors d’oeuvre and wine tasting (members bring wine or sparkling cider to share), 7pm dinner served. 

$15 per person, limit of 30 guests, you must sign up with Kathy Cardona by Jan 31st and make arrangements to prepay. Dinner choices are Prime Rib, Coquille of Shrimp & Scallops and Chicken Cordon Bleu. All meals include hors d’oeuvre, main entrée, choice of rice pilaf or garlic mashed potatoes, vegetables and dessert.  Food cooked by Peggy Cahill.

March 20th

CASINO NIGHT (Adults Only)
Clubhouse: 7-11pm.

$5 donation to the social committee, games by the Rule’s. Come join the fun! Bring a snack to share and your own beverage.

KIDS PJ PARTY
7-11pm, at the Post's.

For all kids of members attending Casino Night. Build their own pizza, games, movies & crafts. Great opportunity to make new friends from the lake. Supervised by Glen & Mary Post. RSVP to marypost2@msn.com.

April 10th

BUNCO FOR EVERYONE
Clubhouse: 7pm.

Free, bring a snack to share, coffee, tea and punch will be provided.

May 15th

LADIES TEA

Lisa Shippy's house, 4pm.

Ages 4-104.  $5 per person, call Kathy Cardona to make a reservation, limited seating. Tea includes finger sandwiches, scones, fruit, dessert & tea.  Bring something for “show and tell”, to share about a favorite vacation.  Wear a hat, YOUR CHOICE, hilarious, high fashion, hokey…

June 12th

POTLUCK & GAME NIGHT
Clubhouse, 6pm.

All ages.  Bring a main dish, salad, side dish or dessert, your choice, one for every 4 person attending with you. We will provide beverages. Bring a favorite game; we will have tables set up. WEATHER PERMITTING, outside picnic and games.

June 19th

TRUTH, LIES AND PONTOON RIDES
Clubhouse, 2pm.

Ladies Only - bring a snack, your choice beverage or a bottle of wine to share, casual dress, cheesecake dessert served following the boat ride. Come prepared with 2 truths and 1 lie to share.

July 4th

TWO EVENTS ON THE ISLAND
2pm: Families invited to meet at the west end of the island, bring your family, water toys, chairs, snacks and beverages for your family. A chance to socialize with other families at the lake. Parents must stay with their children.

9:30pm(ish): FIREWORKS, VIEW FROM THE ISLAND.  Bring your picnic, chairs, etc and watch the fireworks from a safe place with a great view. Lakeview Drive will be closed except to residents of that street.

August 14th

DOCK, YARD, AND PATIO CRAWL

3pm.

Progressive Picnic Dinner.

September 4th

FUN DAY
Island, 11:30am.

For all members, Western theme.  Start at 11:30 with family boat parade, 12:00 picnic, social committee provides meats and condiments and lemonade, members provide a side dish, salad or dessert (1 for every 4 persons attending in your group), bring a table & chairs, games, possible live Western music and country line dancing.

September 5th

9 HOLES OF GOLF
Vernonia Golf Course.

October 30th

HALLOWEEN PARTY FOR ALL AGES
Clubhouse, 6pm.

Come in costume if you want, otherwise, just come. POTLUCK at 6pm, followed by holiday games and TRUNK OR TREAT at 8pm in the island parking lot, contact Kathy Cardona at 503-755-2245 if you want to take part in the T or T. Following the trick or treating, members are invited to join us in the clubhouse for Halloween movies (G rated).

December 11th

CABIN CRAWL
