I
understand that Fishhawk Lake Recreation Club strongly encourages homeowners and
lot owners at Fishhawk Lake to have a registered survey done to determine their
property lines before building.
If I
choose not to have a registered survey done, the Architectural Committee will
approve the location of my proposed structure based on where I say my property
lines are.
I
understand that, if no registered survey is done, Fishhawk Recreation Club Inc.,
its board members and its Architectural Committee cannot be held responsible
